1.REFUND POLICY: All hair extensions/wigs/services are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Clients who are unsatisfied with service can communicate back with me to come back in to fix the issue. The client has 4days to set a day/time for re-do.

• All prices for installs are based on 3 bundles only. Each additional bundle after that is $10.

• If color services is needed, please text or email me a a clear picture of the color you wish to have. Please include your name & appointment date in the message.

• Extensions must be washed & free of product

• Please be sure that I receive closures & frontals 2-4 days before your appointment. Late fee of $15 will apply to frontals for same day lace customization!

• Security Deposits are Non-refundable, but can be transferred

2. WHAT KIND OF HAIR TO GET?

LACE KNOWLEDGE

****if you are light skin get a transparent Swiss lace. If you are dark/brown skin get a light brown Swiss lace or HD lace. Please make sure u have a pre-plucked closure/frontal. The more natural the hairline is, the better quality it is.

• You are always welcomed to order your closure/frontals from me. Bundles also.

3. HOW TO MAINTAIN MY HAIR

Daily Maintenance: Use styling products minimally to avoid build up For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT! Dampen hair with a water bottle Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls Let air dry Style as desired

 

Longevity: This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it the longer you can have it and reuse! Our clients generally use the hair for 12 to 24 months.

 

Can hair color: This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin Remy hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

4. WHAT'S YOUR COVID-19 PROCEDURES?

• Please wear a mask, you will not be able to come in without one.

• if you have any symptoms of even a common cold, you will not be serviced

• no extra guest allowed.

• waiting area will be closed.

 

5. CAN MY DEPOSIT BE TRANSFERRED?

$25 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT! Can ONLY be transferred!

Half of amount due of all PACKAGE DEALS; rest due day of install.

I don’t “fix” installs that were not done by me.

NO cut up wefts/bundles or used lace unless previously installed by me.
